I love these blinds and this company. First the blinds: they work great - I've only had a few months but no problems. The installation was easy for my handy husband. I really like how the light plays off the blind and the shadows depending on the light. The mechanics work well and the shade glides easily. CUSTOMER SERVICE: I had a problem with my order (my fault) and they helped me fix it at no additional expense! Excellent service! Thank You!!
