Looks great, difficult to instal

The "soft linen" color is nothing like pictured! Thankfully I looked at the color fabric swatches, before ordering, so it was no surprise and in fact the exact color I wanted. I put 3 of these up in my bedroom and they look great! They seem to be real good quality. The only problem I have is they are nearly impossible to lower all the way down, there is always a gap (like in the photo) and positioning the bottom rail against the windowsill is unattainable. Getting the shade in to the mounting bracket was difficult, it doesn't want to snap in. One set of brackets was extremely challenging and one of the brackets (metal) actually broke. Still waiting for them to send me an extra.

This is a super shade. Way more than I expected for the money.
